The wines from natural selection theory are driven by the passionate, loose collective of like- minded naturalists from Dandy in the Clos, Lucy Margaux, Jauma and the wines of Tom Shobrook. Individually, each all produce hand-crafted, utterly unadulterated natural wines, with a clear sense of place.
Together, they make the Natural Selection Theory; intent on expressing their affinity with the earth through the craft of gently coaxing fruit into natural wines, and ciders! Each vintage dictates the direction of the wines, yet each year the Natural Selection Theory manage to creatively extend themselves into new, uncharted territory.
